Under the new policy, female employees will receive one additional day of paid leave each month. This will allow them to manage their menstrual health without affecting their regular leave balance.
Harish Kohli, president & managing director, Acer India, emphasised the significance of this move. “A truly supportive workplace extends beyond policies.
