New Delhi: In a move aimed at reaching out to workers at the grassroots and employers at the bottom of the pyramid, the government will soon publish a handbook outlining the key provisions of the four labour codes and their implications on employees as well as employers.
People familiar with the development told ET that the labour and employment minister has tasked Rashtriya Swayam Sevak-affiliate trade union Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) to prepare a handbook on labour codes for workers in vernacular languages and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to develop one for employers.
