Iksha Labs, a Gurugram-based deep-tech solutions company, has announced the soft launch of RUMI, an AI-powered agent designed to transform recruitment and candidate assessment.
Rumi aims to transform the candidate screening process by providing an automated solution that saves time and resources. The company said Rumi can autonomously manage the end-to-end candidate assessment journey.
“With RUMI, we wanted to flip the script. It’s not about automation, it’s about creating intelligence that gets people, values a recruiter’s time, and makes the entire process more human,” said Hitesh Ganjoo, CEO of Iksha Labs.
He also highlighted that the agent was developed to address challenges faced in filtering thousands of resumes, particularly those generated by AI tools like ChatGPT, which rendered CV shortlisting less effective.
Ganjoo added that Rumi has already demonstrated its effectiveness, reducing average time to hire by over 50%. The soft launch marks a milestone in Iksha Labs’ broader mission to create AI agents that enhance human capabilities.
According to the company, its AI solutions, which have been deployed across sectors such as Medtech and BFSI, have already led to operational cost reductions of up to 40%.
Iksha Labs aims to continue refining RUMI and other AI agents for seamless integration into its CRMs and ATS systems, thereby increasing hiring effectiveness and reducing operational inefficiencies.
